The 5¢ Savings Bank Branch on Storey Avenue combines banking functions on the the lower level and professional offices on the Storey Avenue side and upper floors.

The central circulation space provides access between floors, as well as access from parking adjacent to the Storey Avenue entrance and from the parking serving banking patrons. The circulation space is glass enclosed on the north and south facades, and is covered by a translucent barrel-vault. The barrel-vault serves to provide natural lighting for the interior of the building.
